No items and no refund
I never received my order and wasn't refunded .Their excuse was my address was wrong when it was correct! Avoid at all costs .
Shein are better for similar items .

They say they refund my purchase. Still haven’t got it back. They told me it was put on my creditcard. I never paid with creditcard!

What a joke this company is… I want to return some items which do not fit me and on 2 occasions they have tried to offer me a settle figure rather than just a refund with the return of goods! Are ZAFUL even aware of consumer rights? This company needs to be closed down.

It’s okay
It’s okay, but the tie straps are a cheap material that takes from it. Also I’m a 34D and whether or not I tie it the top part slips down. Not because lack of cleavage but rather just the amount of it and it’s make doesn’t allow it to really hold onto your body. If you tie it tighter it looks pulled from the sides as the ties do not stretch.

Should have done my due diligence before ordering.
Styles look great and the prices are too good to be true.
However the quality, colour and shape are really shoddy. To top it off to try sort a return and refund is a communication nightmare, having to create tickets and send pictures of their clothes to show poor quality. It's a customers right to return items, I shouldn't have to prove the quality its an opinion at the end of the day. I just want to send them back and get my money back.

After weeks of delay the second (of two separate packages from one order) package was not delivered since Zaful did not provide the correct national tracking number (just the one from the Chinese provider). After spending a lot of time with talking to CS through email (no hotline available, probably they know why), their solution was to make the customer repay the delivery. This was the first and last time I ordered from Zaful and this would never have happened with a European provider.

Ordered 6 bikinis and they arrived in Ireland in two weeks with great tracking information. Perfect sizing and great material, came in excellent packaging. I am delighted. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Zaful ??

Honest Review - UK buyer - Re-uploaded as Zaful had this removed. now put this from 2 to 1 star for poor communication, not helping me resolve and poor service + quality.
Okay, I saw these guys on Instagram ads (as you do), clothing style is what attracted me first and was impressed by the website and prices. Prices seemed fair, a lot less than elsewhere for the style, I guess that’s why they stand out. Being sceptical about the prices, I done my DD and seen some pretty scary and awful reviews. I was still interested cos the clothes and the prices I paid was extremely desirable. So I gave it a go. I paid by 3 instalments in case they didn’t deliver, so I can cancel.
The items arrived exactly on time 10-15 business days they said, ordered 9th April - arrived 23rd April - 14 days/10 working days. Not bad.
Medium UK size fits snug on me but with their sizing guides I was a small? i decided to be on the safe side and do small. When I tried the clothing (cargo jogger style bottoms, summer shorts, x2 quarter zip fleece and hoody) all in small size too, these feel like a large UK size. So sizing is pretty off. I look like Im wearing Aladdins bottoms with the cargo bottoms. Disappointed in quality and size, as the material is extremely thin in all areas and I’d be scared to put this in the wash. I done one wash and my zipper broke on the best item I got from them, which was the fleece. Not worth it.
Overall - I wouldn’t use this company again, as quality always wins over price, but they seemed to only offer a good price but lacked quality.
Company is legit - but won’t be ordering again.

50/50 chance to lose your money
Delivery attempted ONCE, package returned to the shipping agent and support unable to tell me where it was at until I pointed out that it said returner on the tracking website.
As I did not receive the package on time for my needs, I requested for it not to be delivered in the end and to be refunded, but was told that if not delivered, it would be destroyed and I would lose my money.
And that is why, no matter how pretty the clothes are, I was stupid to order on a fast fashion website.
Zaful sizes are not US sizes like they seem to let us think
I have to say, the irems are of very good quality, but... I ordered 4 items from Zaful, using their size chart. It says US sizes. Well size 4 is small, so I ordered small. Guess what? Way too small! First, Zaful has asian sizes and not US sizes. Second, Zaful is a based Asian company, not US, even if they have a US phone number. Your call is automatically redirected from the US phone number to their "store". Third, trying to have your items replaced is a desaster! So make sure you order the correct size.

They are a scam and I never received my order and cannot get refunded
Clothing is bad quality and not as displayed
Order arrived within 10 days but quality of clothing is terrible:
Bought a dress, colour not as displayed and the part that goes round your neck, id need to have a neck 5x my size for it to fit or be a 6 ft 5 bloke and I ordered a small, also the dress is longer than in the picture (should be a mini but comes down to my knees)
Also ordered a pink and yellow corset and fits round the waist but they made it for someone with size a cups, again not as displayed size wise.
First time ordering and it will be my last time ordering too.

Totally regret it
Totally regret it. Acutually zero stars would be the right rating. I wanted to return my order because I ordered the wrong size. But I can‘t log in into my account and can‘t set back my password because I don‘t receive any email from them even if they said they have sent one to me . Tried to contact the support, but also here nobody is picking up the phone or answering!
